First Floor Features
The first floor features a Media Room with a large screen Smart TV and blu-ray player for movie watching and a fun Recreation Room with Smart TV, foosball table, and pool table with its ping pong topper (stored in bunk room closet) that the kids will love. The nearby Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, ice maker, microwave, and sink is convenient to the three bedrooms with private baths: a powder room and laundry room round out this floor.
Second Floor Features
The second floor features windows galore and ocean views at every turn from the large Gathering Room with Smart TV and gas logs fireplace (available October – April) to the Dining Area with seating for the whole family. The sparkling kitchen is a chef’s dream with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two oven ranges, and a large pantry. There’s also a King bedroom with a private bath and a powder room. Sliding doors lead out to the deck and its oceanside gazebo – perfectly positioned for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
Third Floor Features
The third floor features a smaller Gathering Room with Smart TV and a blu-ray player, and a second Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, ice maker, microwave, and sink. Three King oceanfront suites (with deck access) and two additional King suites complete the sleeping arrangements along with the conveniently located laundry room on this floor.
Outdoor Features
Outside, the luxury continues with your private swimming pool and hot tub. Lounge on the poolside deck or let the soothing bubbles chase your cares away. Ahh…relaxation at its best! There’s also a poolside cabana with a bar area for enjoying your favorite libations and gas grills nearby to cook your family meals. The kids can also enjoy playing horseshoes or basketball from the pool.
